What is gut therapy?
At Gut Therapy I focus on healing from the inside out. I believe that by centering our focus on the gut, long-term healing can take place inside the whole body.
I use many GAPS practices and the GAPS protocol for the deepest healing possible. Most chronic diseases and illnesses are GAPS disorders, meaning that they stem from the gut. Autism, ADHD, Depression, Severe Anxiety, Arthritis, Auto-Immune Diseases, Crohn's disease, Colitis, IBS are just a few GAPS disorders. Anyone suffering from these illnesses can benefit from a GAPS based diet.
GAPS practices can also help with weight loss, energy, headaches/migraines, libido, mood, hormones etc. No matter what you are here for, Gut Therapy can help you.
Hi, I’m Erin. I am a Holistic Nutritionist and a Certified GAPS Practitioner. I specialize in elimination diets (specifically the GAPS diet) and gut health. I work with clients who have chronic illness and/or diseases related to the gut, as well as individuals who want to feel better and optimize their health.
I am passionate about empowering others to take control of their health through the foods that they eat. Watching clients change their lives, feel better than ever and optimize their health gives me so much joy.
I am a wife and mother of 2. I love cooking, camping and traveling the world.

"Working with Erin on cleaning up my family’s diet has made such a positive impact on the quality of our life. My son, who is 7, is completely on board with the changes because he understands how it’s helping to improve his digestive issues.
My eczema and bloating have disappeared and have been replaced with higher energy levels.
Erin doesn’t just help to remove foods. She focuses on nourishing foods that heal and seal the gut. I believe this is why we’ve had greater results than any other elimination diet we’ve done."
"This was a wonderful journey of getting to know my body and how easily I was affected by what I ate. My mood, cravings and appetite etc. Erin was extremely knowledgeable and made it easy to learn and helped guide me along the way. The recipes were a huge hit in my house. Left room for substitutions to fit individual needs. I am definitely happy I did this!! I look forward to more in the future."
"Erin is the real deal! You can tell that she is not only knowledgeable and qualified but her passion towards nutrition being a huge component to healing the body and mind is contagious. Once you see how much better you feel after the first step you’re excited to see the changes you can make next to improve your overall health."
